Iftar Ramadan

It was quite a looooooooong day for me eventhough my day literally starts at noon hahahaha tp sangat seronok ^___^

Tengah hari dah pegi ke rumah kak yani to cook puding cocktail and fried vege mee hoon. Eventhough i personally have to rush in everything on that day, tp still boleh rasa and hargai the feeling of fun and joy since kita semua bergotong royong weeeee. Kak yani came up with the idea to make agar2 puding batik (something like that, x igt dh nama sebenar puding tu) so ak dgn kehebatan memasak ak (LOL) berjaya utk tidak menjahanamkan puding tu huahuahua.

Then i rush to open up the Tong Auditorium, which is the venue for the event. Set the room up, swipe the floor, pull out more chairs and table yada3. Rasa macam dah lama x buat keje2 labor mcm tu, but it went well and fast. Then i rushed home to take a shower and grab the Eid greeting cards that will be send out and rushed back to the auditorium. Trully, i felt like im all over the place. Fuhh

The event was a blast!! We had chicken rice (though it wasn't warm, it was delish), 200 pieces of karipap, two trays of fried mee hoon for those who are vegetarian, three trays of watermelon, potluck desert and teh bunga. Yummmmmmm

Olbrich Garden

So today i went to the Olbrich Garden with a group of friends, including two students graduated from UW who will be leaving Madison this Friday. It is an enormous garden with various sections of plant families complete with wonderful architecture design. Spent about 3 quality hours in the garden and also the butterflies sanctuary for the Butterfly Bloom event.

Unfortunately, it was a rainy day today. Eventhough each one of us had an umbrella, a sunny day would be better. I would definitely recommend and bring people to go to this garden ( if they haven't already ) and kinda relax myself from all the stress and mind struggles. Be indulge in the beautiful nature.

The fact that its free entrance, there's no reason for not going to the Olbrich Garden.

Due to stress

Lately theres so much things going on in my life that cause continuous stress and headache.. Frequent migrains and also the loss of appetite are definitely helping making things worst.. Being bombarded with tons of questions and handling sensitive issues besides the original expected tasks are all the obstacles in my current period of life..

Complaining much?--

Eventho crazy things just happen to kick me left and right for the past few days, having to go through a sudden breakdown in the shower and falling on the ground almost fainted (and all those good stuffs), things pick up real fast.. There are good things in life that i will cherish no matter how bad a situation or a phase of life can be; a good friend will always takes care of you ...even if its just a simple 2 mins phone call =)

And for that matter, i am happy.

I am happy and very grateful that our paths crossed. It is not important for that person to know how happy i am and how grateful i was when i had that call, but it is important for me to keep her in my prayer. Always. We never know when will we ever meet such person in the future.

Hope you guys are surrounded with greats friends, tho im sure nobody can beat how an extraordinary awesome friend i am (har har har) but really, cherish the moment when you are with them coz the future is unpredictable while the past is unchangeable. The present is all that we have ^___^

Malam Ramadhan dimulakan dengan sesuatu yang menyedihkan.. Tak sangka akan terkecil hati dgn bualan kosong selepas terawih.. Hmmm

Semoga kita dijauhkan dr hal ungkit2an mahupun hal berkira2 dalam kehidupan..

Semoga bulan Ramadan ni kita banyakkan sabar dan reda dalam sesuatu perkara yang terjadi..

Things happen because Allah permits it to happen.. So be patient and believe that Allah knows and hear our cry.. Have a blessed Ramadan folks!

Ramadhan in here again!

Walaupun xde asap2 bazaar ramadhan yang dirindui.. Air tebu serta murtabak, karipap daging mahupun nasi ayam berempah.. Abc, roti john dan ayam percik ayamas pun xde... Tp xpe! Hahaha errrr (awkward laughther)

Anyway, salam Ramadhan pd family and friends.. Tak kesahlah Malaysia puasa 21st sini puasa 20th of July, semoga kita mampu melawan tabiat2 yg x sepatutnya berada dlm diri.. Its a big internal challenge for me, and im sure for you too ^__^ best of luck for everything!

Awesome July 14th

I was out all day and had the chance to do tons of fun things and meet so many people! Alhamdulillah for a blessed day ^____^

I went to Ihop for the first time with a good friend of mine and kinda update each other's life which is always a great thing to do. Eventhough both of us are living in Madison, but we don't always have the chance to hangout due to work and other activities. So catching up on stuffs is always fun! You guys know how i love to hangout haha. At Ihop i ordered Garden Omelette and Belgian Waffle which are amazing! X habis pon omelette tu so kne bawak balik the other half. And of course, as always, i had black coffee. Im actually quite suprise the coffee that i had this morning was actually good. Now i can officially cross off Ihop in my restaurant list. I will write about my Restaurant List in other post.

After that, we went to the Soap Opera! This is actually a shop that sells a variety of soaps and it has been here in my neighborhood since forever (kidding) but i never notice it. Being in a soap madness lately, this shop just caught my attention. We went there simply to try different hand lotions ( x kan nak try sabun kan, kene mandi pulak lah kat sana) and smell a lot of things! They have freaking crazy soaps i tell you! The pictures are below so check them out!

And then we went to the Capitol Square for an Art Week show. Instead of having the usual Farmers Market, they had that. We saw tons of amazing arts and were very impressed with them. There are a lot of incredibly creative people in this world for sure. But since it is an art bazaar, i cannot really take picture to show you guys.

After that we went back to pray before going to the Billy Elliot Musical Play. It was a 3 hour long play and was just amazing. I dont know any other words to describe it, but simply amazing. We had student price tickets with great view from our seats and a super great performance quality. For $25 it was soooo worth it! =D

And then, (amboi banyak nya) we went to jamba juice and i tried the Mega Mango. I totally had high expectation from it but im still in love with my favorite Caribbean Passion. Will never choose other flavor again =S

Lastly, i went to a bbq event at Adams Hall with Puteri2 Madison and a few friends from Purdue University and UCLA. It was definitely a great event (i mean who will think bbq will lead to a bad event? Unless you end up burning a house. It always is a great thing to do) with the S'mores experiences and the Shoe game. Unfortunately, i forgot to take pictures during the event coz i was bz eating but i assure you it was great and i had a lot of fun.

And for the winner activity, as always, watching the sunset at Mendota Lake. And i remember to take picture, so yeayyy haha.

But as i said this weekend is going to be exciting! Will be trying out to 2 different restaurants and will be attending 2 bbq events iA and will be watching a musical play. Looking forward for that! Yeehaaa!

Body shop summer sale!

Currently my skin is dying! Of course num 1 sbb ak xreti nak jaga and num 2 the weather is unstable.. Oh lovely mother nature, i miss your sweet seasons.. Semoga fall cepat kembali!

I hv been eyeing for a body scrub for so long becoz it will help my skin gets better faster. Heres my chance! Muehehehe (evil laugh) probably will get the body butter too. Double muehehehe. Anybody nak kirim?

Apa lagi apa lagi?

I am moving out to a new apt soon therefore i (being a good girl) will start pack my stuffs soon, hopefully tomorrow if i get up early, and i know this will be warm2 chicken poop becoz i am an expert in last minute packing. But will do my best (maybe) to keep up with packing up and hoping to find lots of treasures around my room like i always do =D

P/s: i know skin is dead cells. Still remember my science stuff here and there.

2nd blogpost for this year (YEAY?)

As i told you before im bored! Sila bersabar yep!

I opened up blogger on the computer and things change A LOT! I definitely need to remove that crappy chatbox of mine since its full of spam. Urgh. And that playlist too coz i dont even know if it ever works haha. And that big picture up there. Yup that ladies, needs to go away!!

Anyway, i posted a picture of tomatoes in my last post (haha last post poyo gile) from the Farmer's market. I dont remember if id ever explain to you guys what it is sooo ; Farmer's market is similar to Pasar Pagi but without the fish,chicken,meat or anything thats wet. Its fairly dry and clean market with a lot of fruits, vegetables, and flowers, and food of course (the only reason why i keep going back haha)

I was thinking of sharing with you guys more of the Farmer's market pictures here. I do upload them on fb but mostly in my other acct. So maybe this is a better place to upload them, just for fun coz i think it is somewhat easier than to upload it on fb. Orrr maybe im just excited with the new app haha.

I'll try to catch up with the things that i really wanna share with you guys (for those who i already make promise to and for those who really care coz idw to be annoying) hahahaha

Other than that, i will work on changing a few stuff in my blog if i hv time to do so.. And kinda update on cool stuffs that i did and will do here.. Lastly, have a blessed Ramadan.
